Due to the unique and delicate nature of our merchandise, all sales are final. Items are eligible for return if:
- They have major defects or damages not disclosed in the original listing, or
- They are proven inauthentic, with a written statement, by the brand itself or an accredited third-party authenticator.
Return requests must:
- Be submitted within 7 days of receipt of the item (late requests will not be considered).
- Include the item in the same condition in which it was received, with the original security tag attached, protective materials in place, and all original accessories (e.g., straps, locks and keys, boxes, authenticity cards, dust bags, and any gifts with purchase).
We reserve the right to reject any return if:
- The security tag has been removed or tampered with, or
- The product shows signs of wear, use, or alteration from its original condition.
