Yes. All product photos on our website feature the actual item being offered for sale. We do not use stock images. Each listing is photographed in-house to accurately represent the item's current condition, details, and included accessories.

Shipping
All orders are processed within 1-2 days, excluding holidays and weekends. Tracking information will be available for every order once they are fulfilled.
We offer free UPS Ground shipping for all U.S. deliveries, with signature required for orders over 500 USD. Expedited routes and other carrier options are available at checkout. Fees are calculated based on the estimated weight and dimensions of the shipment.
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Shipping within the United States typically takes 2-7 business days.
Shipment insurance is strongly recommended for orders over 5,000 USD.
All orders are dispatched 1-2 business days after they are placed. Most of our orders on their way within 24 hours.
Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email from us with the shipment tracking information.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the unique and delicate nature of our merchandise, all sales are final. We encourage you to carefully review the product description, photos, measurements, condition details, and included accessories before placing your order. If you have any questions prior to purchasing, our customer service team is available Monday through Friday. Return requests must:

Be submitted within 7 days of receipt of the item (late requests will not be considered).

Include the item in the same condition in which it was received, with the original security tag attached, protective materials in place, and all original accessories (e.g., straps, locks and keys, boxes, authenticity cards, dust bags, and any gifts with purchase).
